ELENA MEDINA DE LA VIÑA
Elena Medina holds a PhD in Geography and History (Art History), as well as a Master’s degree in Audiovisual Production. Collating her current job as professor at the Rey Juan Carlos University, she has published several books and articles about cinema and the technological change in the media. Elena also belongs to the Spanish Association of Film Historians, being a founding member of the Observatory of Leisure and Digital Entertainment (Ocendi) and editorial assistant for Fonseca, Journal of Communication (University of Salamanca). She has produced and directed documentaries, short films and video art, and she has been in charge of several editions of the Madrid Film Festival PNR.

Between shooting himself beside the sea, as he is about to do, or entering in a seedy port tavern in order to seduce the girl of a smuggler, Arturo, a ruined young executive, takes the second choice. Somebody might avoid him the task of committing suicide.
