MARC MARTÍNEZ JORDÁN
Marc Martínez Jordán was born in Calella in 1989. He graduated from ESCAC in 2012 in Directing. His final degree project, the horror short film “Timothy” (2014) has been selected in the Official Section of the Sitges Film Festival. Following two years of exhibition, the film received 36 awards and nearly 200 national and international selections.
In 2013, he has co-directed the movie “Los inocentes”, a teenage slasher produced by Escandalo films and totally made by the ESCAC’s students. The movie was in the Panorama section of the Sitges Film Festival, and picked in various festivals selections and also internationals sales.
His last work, the short film “Caradecaballo” in black and white, with a budget of 20 euros and starring his grandmother and himself, received more than 60 national and international awards and 250 selections. Some of them from important festivals like Milano Film Festival, Brussels Short Film Festival, Sitges Film Festival or Las Vegas Film Festival.
Now, he is presenting his first feature film, FRAMED, a technological horror movie produced by Marc Carreté.
